The Beale Street Merchants will strut their stuff on Tuesday, 16 February 2010 in the 3rd Annual Beale Street Mardi Gras Push Parade and Klub Krawl. Each restaurant and club will be represented by a Queen who will be transported down Beale Street in a decorated shopping cart while throwing beads and encouraging merriment.

The Push Parade Review will line up at 6:00 PM at the Band Box (138 Beale Street) and then  parade east on Beale Street visiting each participating club on the south side of Beale Street.  Upon arriving at Hard Rock Cafe, the carts and their krewes will head to Coyote Ugly and then west on Beale Street and visit the participating venues on the north side of Beale.  The krewe parade will end inside Club 152 on Beale with a Crawfish Boil, Crawfish Races, and the announcements of the winning Queen and Best Float.

Participating Restaurants at this time include  Blues City Café, Miss Polly’s Soul City Café, The Flying Saucer, Huey’s, Rum Boogie Café, Silky’s, Alfred’s, Spindini’s, Primetime Sports Bar, Hard Rock Café, Superior Restaurant and Bar, B. B. King’s, Coyote Ugly, Wet Willies, and Club 152.
